It’s a CAT-as-trophe!

]]> Reuniting our version of The Brady Bunch, my husband and his cat with our two daughters, myself, two dogs and two cats, was issue-free…at first. Fast forward a few weeks and open to my husband and me waking up to realize that we have been, or our bed, rather, has been “marked”. Perhaps you heard my scream?

This wasn’t the first time we were tagged this week, it happened twice when the bed was empty. So yesterday morning makes thrice. Three times some cat has peed upon our bed, three times I stripped it down to the mattress, washed everything and replaced it. Three times we said, “YOUR cat did this!” and three times we really had no clue as to which feline was the pisser.

As you can imagine, it is lock down up in here. No cat is allowed anywhere unaccompanied and no cat is permitted near our bed. So far, everyone is keeping it in their pants but some cats are finding it harder to deal with the tighter restrictions than others.

Funny, although I am not wholly opposed to the idea of three males fighting for my attention,
urine has never been known to ring my bell.

Just as Clyde here struggles with a pesky visitor, I too have been batting around an issue.
To watermark or not to watermark?

In our photography business, we protect our pictures but I’m wondering if I need to do the same for my personal shots. I’m beginning to feel that I should but I’m not completely convinced. So, of course, I’m coming to you for advice. What do you think about people who put a logo, signature or website address on their personal photos when they post them online? Does it seem like they (meaning me) take themselves a wee bit too seriously or is it a necessary step in this day and age?

Do tell.
