I used to buy the candy that I didn’t like to eat so that I wouldnt eat it all before halloween!
But this year, I’m all about Reeses and Nestles Crunch. yummmm

Haven’t broken into the candy yet- Baby has croup and my parents were in town for the weekend, so I haven’t done much of anything really, except take care of others…

Great pumpkin MommaK. Our town had trick or treat yesterday. Lame, I know. Just as I was about to take my son out to gather his Halloween loot, he said, “Mom, I don’t feel good…” About a 1/2 a second later, he resembled your Drunk Pumpkin Darla. Nothing but tootsie rolls around here. Drat!

Unfortunately I NEVER buy halloween candy, because I’m always out roaming the streets with my ghoul. Or girl. Whatever.
I DO pick the choicest candies out of her bag for myself, though.

Nobody comes round to our house..maybe everybody is scared of us?
I just went out and bought the candy.
And I officially broke into it twenty minutes ago with my husband who had stopped in for lunch.
I haven’t bought any as I don’t expect any visitors but there is plenty floating around the office. We have a Phantom Ghost tradition where a couple people start ‘visiting’ cubicles/offices and leave goodies and a gift with a poem that instructs that you have been tagged and must now - within one day - tag someone else. I received two cute orange tea towels with bats with roving eyes - plus a bad of candy both of which were donated to a worthy family!
Oh my I have been eating my candy for weeks! Finsihed one whole bag almost by myself. Cute carving. I vote for you!

we did a puking one last year. we ate all of the caramels last week but we were good about the chocolate bars and gummi chewy things until tonight, got keep my strength to shell out

We had to drive to my youngest son’s house to see trick-or-treaters last night. We haven’t had any in years. My son and his wife were dressed up as well. Fun!
