A Great Way To Water

Thursday, May 7th 2009

I love to work out. I love it so much that over two years ago, I became a fitness instructor myself. Due to that crush I have on exercise, moving has never been and issue. On the other hand, drinking my recommended 8 glasses of water a day has always been a challenge.

First of all, I don’t like cold water. I enjoy it room temperature or with bubbles or with some sort or flavor and/or sweetener in it. And I don’t like plain old water…blech. Okay, maybe I’m picky.

So when the folks at PURE Inventions offered to send me a couple of their products to sample, I was excited. Maybe this stuff would help me drink more water!

For a week, I filled my reusable water bottle with 32 ounces of water, added the extracts and then something wonderful happened; I drank the water. Not only did I drink it, but I drank it happily and filled my bottle up again. My conclusion? This product works for me. It helped me drink 64 ounces of water a day without adding any of the artificial stuff.

You love me. You really love me.

  • I wonder if it’s OK that I do this with those Crystal Light on the go packs. It DOES help me drink more water!!

I mean, that still counts as water, right?

  • This is so me! I’m actually fine at work, since there is no other option than water.

But once I get home, I drink like a full pitcher of sugar-free Kool-Aid. Which is good because it is water, but I can’t imagine all those artificial sweeteners are good for me. But I just can’t drink plain water at home.

    Thanks!

  • I’m gonna have to check this out. I have the same relationship with H20 that you do.
