If we can put a clean pair of socks into each set of shoes as well.....that's even better. This saves us as much as 30 minutes of total chaos in the mornings. And scince I can barely think, much less organize in the morning, I tend to do all of the planning, and organizing the night before. Lunches, clothes and backpacks are all done the evening before, allowing us all to slack off a little in the morning, and still be ready on time.
