Last weekend, I met my girlyz over at a local winery for a Mommy Needs a Glass of Wine party. It was absolutely my kind of night - wine, friends, yummy chocolate & shopping all under one roof!
Kristen brought along a few of her new, delicious, pink, puffy robes as well as her usual cool tees and tanks. I have been coveting one of those robes for a looooooong time now (like an entire month) so I let the fact that it was Mother’s Day weekend convince me to buy it for myself.
(I find it incredibly easy to spoil myself. It’s a gift.)
Before we were treated to a beautiful sunset, CFFG and I went out to take a few pictures around the vineyard. Me with my camera and her in her robe, both with wine in hand, made quite a pair!
The idyllic scene was like something out of a movie.
Soon others wanted to try on the robe as well.
And some of those others may have had a little bit too much drinky drink if you know what I’m sayin’.
Ummmm…Mommy Needs a Taxi?
What can I say? I warned her that her picture would end up on the internet.
Moral of the story: Don’t drink too much and then slurtalk to women with cameras who blog.
We can’t help ourselves.
Am I right?
