On the bright side, I got called a “blonde” for the first time all year. Too bad most of my now lighter mane is coming out in record amounts.
Seriously? Over the weekend, I had to pull over due to hyperventilation because I glanced in my rear view mirror with the sunroof open and COULD SEE MY SCALP!
Yeah, yeah, yeah…you told me so. Don’t dye your hair 6 times in 6 months. Bad things will happen!
I totally know how those hair club guys feel now.
And no (go straight to hell), I am not posting a picture.

Once, I dyed my hair (badly) with a home kit, went to the drug store in the middle of the night, bought color stripper and a new bottle of color, went home, color stripped, and colored. I had the WORST straw hair for months after. No amount of conditioning helped. Ah, the college days.

i just did the same thing last week. Sunroof opened, sun streaming through and what did I see?? My scalp!! I hope it was just the angle of the sun. I’m going to believe it was the angle of the sun.

I can debunk that theory – I dye my hair myself every six weeks. The strong stuff, to cover the gray. And you know I have tons of hair but I’m older than you. My hair was twice as thick when I was a teenager.
If it’s really bad, have your hormones and thyroid checked. It could just be a temporary imbalance. You DO take vitamins and stuff, right?

I once went from burnette, to blonde, back to burnette, then to a Demi Moore a la Ghost style hairdo in about 2 weeks time. Does that make you feel any better?
