Better known as The Chesapeake or Potomac Primary.

Thanks to the marvels of GPS, (shut up, yes, I needed it) I found my polling location.

So excited to vote! I’ve been waiting a week for this!

Getting the sticker thrills me to no end. I still have mine from the last election.
(Whatever. Like you don’t have a sticker collection.) I used my treasured right as an American to help choose my future leader. And all before 9 am.
Now for the bigger question…do I put the sticker on my coat or my shirt?
Do you live in DC, MD or VA? Get out and vote, dammit!
(I already beat you but there’s still time to make your opinion count.)
A funny found @ Sweetney. Enjoy!

Dude, I think right beside “huddles masses” in that Statue of Liberty quote, there is something about “wrinkled foreheads” because, OMG, I would be deported on the spot. You could plant seeds in these lines.
It’s a fun year to be voting, isn’t it?

Coat, stickers always go on the coat. Then you get to be smug and not ruin what you are wearing! Although it’s the perfect accessory for that t-shirt!

Hoooray! I LOVE finding fellow dems in mommy blog world. Obama/Clinton or Clinton/Obama – either one is OK with me. If that doesn’t happen, I’m moving to Canada.
I’ve got to wait until next Tuesday to vote …. I need to pick a candidate though.

I voted for Obama! at 6:15 this morning. Me and one other person! How nice – no lines. And I wore the sticker all day at work and reminded everyone to VOTE! Sure glad I did it then because the weather and driving was horribly dangerous by 5 pm tonight. He’s taking the State by a landslide and sent the lady running to Texas! Yeah!
Mine’s the end of May, how weird is that? I feel totally like I don’t count.

Here in Europe most of us are keeping our fingers crossed that you will get a dem government in next time because we fear, really FEAR for America and it’s people under another Republican government. Eroded civil rights, more power in the executive, more power to corporations, unknown amount of damage to the image of democracy, immoral/illegal wars, climate change denial, $20 TRILLION of extra debt under Bush, could it have been any worse !
So my prayers for you all for a sane government once again and my thanks to all the democrat election volunteer workers, more power to you because the world needs America back !

I voted on Super Tuesday. Illinois moved our primary up to hopefully help Barack.
But I didn’t get a sticker since I voted before the polls closed and they had run out. Insert pouty face.

Don’t know why, but I never realized that you were in Fauquier County. I’m a former DC mama, transplanted in GA (gag) for now.
