The flu is a tricky bastard. It steals your appetite but yet allows your brain to find a movie like 2 Fast 2 Furious deep and compelling. And The Simpsons Movie? I cried.
I’m finding it difficult to look back on my PF (Pre Flu) days due to the haze that seems to have taken over my brain. I shuffle by my messy desk and piles of laundry and honestly, tears well up in my eyes. I just don’t have the energy to deal. How pathetic. So I’m not getting much done besides TV watching, nap taking and blog reading. Again, pathetic.
I really should not be driving either. Actually, parking is the issue. Somehow my depth perception is all off and I sound like my mother whenever I pull into a parking space. *huuuu! aaahhhhh! oooooo!* I’m not driving much yet so I guess that’s good. Today I went to the grocery store and last Saturday I went to the doctor. (Yes, I am now my Nana.)
All of this free time should have produced something creative, right? Nope. The flu bastard stole all my brain cells and I didn’t even get to enjoy myself in the process.

And I should be writing something clever for my 3rd anniversary post on Thursday. Or maybe get the Perfect Posts ready for Friday. If I didn’t think a Red Bull may actually kill me right now, I’d try that to spur something.
