I was so excited when I saw Halloween costumes for sale here. There was only a small, small smattering, but costumes and candy and decorative bowls nonetheless... Then I found out, the Londoners don't really celebrate Halloween. (?) They just kind of... "acknowledge" it, but no here actually let's their kids BEG door to door... Yeah, I was bummed. I will give it all up!!
