In February of 2006, we popped the champagne and rolled out the red carpet for you to pat one another on the backside. Here we are today still lavishing in the good feeling of such a supportive community. Our mission statement has been simple and we like it that way. The Perfect Post Awards are a chance to read some of the best stuff written each month- and to spread a little warm fuzziness, too. ValueWit for Hose (Ho’s?) Down the Water Park
She had me at hello. On my very first visit to Bitsy’s last month, I bookmarked her blog. Since then, I’ve been gobbling up her entries like a fat kid in a wiener eating contest.
Each trip to ValueWit is a new adventure. I loved shopping with her through Ikea and stood up and shouted “YES!” after reading her post about Weight Watchers but when I read the description of her water park experience, I knew I had just found my winner. After I finished gagging, that is.
“There is just no way to write about a small town water park without sounding like Eliza Elitist, but there is also no way that I can kept the images I saw at such a water park locked inside my head.”
This post is brilliant, hilarious and about as stomach swirling as Monday morning hangover. Go visit Bitsy and enjoy the snarky ride.
