Q&A continued:
This set is from Angie
1. Are you seriously learning HTML and XTML? Yes, but I am starting from scratch. My class begins today in fact.
2. What is your favorite dish for Thanksgiving dinner? Please share the recipe.
Pineapple Mush (sounds gross but I have loved this since I was a little girl)
Pineapple Mush
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 cup sugar
6 slices of bread, cubed
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs and rest of ingredients. Put in 9×9 square pan or souffle dish, bake 1 hr @ 350 degrees.
3. Do you dress up in costume to take your kids trick or treating?
No, unless you count a flash light in one hand and my other hand in the candy bag as a costume. I do usually end up carrying a wig or a broomstick by the end of the night, does that count?
4. What is the latest pair of shoes you have purchased?
A pair of soccer cleates for my daughter. For me? oh, 2 pairs of flip flops and a pair of brown clogs while on vacation in SF.
5. Have you done any Christmas shopping yet? Yes, I have a few things for the girls and Meredith’s son. I am beginning to make my master list for the season on the computer as I do each year.

This batch is from Phoenix:
1. What are your traditional must haves for New Years dinner? Honestly, I don’t have one except I must have my husband cook it.
2. What is the most interesting job you have had? When I lived in New York City, my roommate did some modeling on the side. She was also asked from time to time to get a group of girls together to pour wine at parties. I called them “Model Parties” because everyone there was in the business somehow and drop dead gorgeous as well. We usually made $20 -$50 a night plus a few bottles of wine to take home with us. They parties were such a good time that we would have done it for free.
3. What was your most embarrassing moment?
My most humiliating moment was having the wind knocked out of me by my boyfriend’s foot at the party after my Senior Prom. Very sad but very true.
4. Can you drive a stick shift?
No (almost, but no)
5. How many drafts do you have sitting that you have never posted?

No, I am not bored. I would like to have the recipe for that awesome looking chicken dish over on your mom’s site that you made. Please and thank you. I’ll give you a feature on my recipe journal. :-)
So, talk to me, sister. I still have meals to plan for the end of the week.
I’m never bored with my MommaK!
Whatchoo stressin’ ’bout, babydoll?
Let us make it all better for you…*smoochies*
Why are you stressed, MommaK? Talk to us!
How in the world did a foot knock the wind out of you after your Senior Prom? It’s been a long time since I’ve felt that sensation — I remember it well though!
My mom makes pineapple mush every year. It is yummy! Do you need a bubble bath? Don’t stress!
Stressed? ‘Bout what, huh? Spill it!
How could we get bored with you….we love you! What are you stressed about? It has been a stressful past week though. A bubble bath is a good idea..(((((HUGS))))))
i’ve been thinking about christmas shopping and how should i start early… then i realized that i’d just be buying for hubby and daughter. no rush needed.
Don’t start to doubt yourself. You are far from boring.
Not interesting answers my foot!! I love your answers!! I wonder how many people out there can’t drive a stick
Good questions. Maybe we should interview ourselves. Or have our kids inteview us…or interview them. I’m a closet interviewer (with at least 6 unplubished blog drafts) can you tell?
I never do my xmas shopping this early. I usually save it all until December. :-) Seriously.
I saw your Fat Bastard pic last week and haven’t commented yet. It’s my all time favorite shiraz. Great choice!
i’ve been doing bits of christmas shopping, enough that i need to sit down seriously and start a list, wish i could send you about 8 more hours a day, cuz i don’t think anyone could be your double.
How was class?
HOW ARE YOU!?
Bravo to you for taking HTML classes. I wish I could do the same. I have all these fantasies of creating kick-ass websites- or at least of uninstalling Haloscan all by myself…
You seriously can’t drive a stick? Oh well, send some pineapple mush to Dallas and I’ll keep it under my hat.
Only 3 unpublished posts…?
Hi MommaK,
The Q and A has been fun! I’m a little behind on all my reading – no time, like you
I’m looking forward to the post from the love of your life.
Lack of time?! You mean you wear a watch?! I just wing it all day! baaahahaa! I’ll send you my double.
(when I find one.)
I thought I was the only person in the world that couldn’t drive a stick. I’m sure I could get myself down the road, but I’d bunny hop the entire way.
i’m here via Angie. the pineapple mush recipe looks delicious! I told her on her blog that I don’t think i’ll wait for thanksgiving to make it. Thanks for sharing!
