I am 32 years young and consider myself pretty darn hip, but after reading this I felt extremely old. For one thing, I have never even heard of the term “bare floor”!
I have questions…

I prefer the landing strip myself, if that is what you want to call it. The bare floor is just too much to maintain, plus, you are just itchier down there. I just don’t want to llok messy in my undies/suit.

I’m a 20-something and haven’t heard of most of those terms! I thought it was about the popping out factor, and keeping it neat. But what do I know?
My favorite underwear(I posted about this once) is Honeydew brand. They have a style that is actually a fishnet type netting with lace trim. They are a bit expensive, but they are sooo comfy, and make me feel confident and sexy! Love ‘em…
No style, don’t maintain anything unless it’s swimsuit day. Too much of a hassle if you ask me. Undies are Hanes Her way briefs, low cut.

I think a little hair is WAY sexier than walking around scratching your crotch all the time.
I shave the sides a little bit in swimsuit season.
I used to shave the top so “it” looked like a heart or a diamond, but that was back in the days before home computers.
And my husband is the type who could care less. I could shave my head and let all my body hair grow long and he’d say, “You look pretty today.” He’s so sweet. Actually, it kind of pisses me off…
Oh, and I like Hanes Her Way, bikini or hip-hugger or whatever the heck they call them, and I love all the bright colors and patterns they come up with. I haven’t owned white undies since I was 5.
I just try to keep it neat. I wear small panties and I try to make sure it is not all sticking out. That’s it.

I swim almost daily, and by almost daily I mean 3-4 out of 7 days a week. A majority of the people make fun of the 61% “bare floors” in a swimsuit, because then you have issues called “camel toe”. That’s gross. That’s what the stuff is there to cover up, man. Nobody needs that much information. LOL
I don’t even know what a Powder Muff is. I can guess at the Brazilian, just how damn hairy are people anyway? I don’t have huge bushy issues down there. I guess I’m lucky?

I have Guppy shave me when it gets too long .It is not a bare floor or as I call it a butter biscuit but more of a slight very trimmed crew cut of sorts whisker biscuit
and soft cotton high cuts for me …in cool colors …no big white granny panties .

I’ll just share that I am groomed, though not overboard and I do that a lot more in the summer when it is swimsuit season.
As for the underwear question–jockey for her, bikini style, all cotton. I swore I’d never wear cotton underwear like my mom, but here I am. Oh well, at least they aren’t granny panties!

I’ve heard of SOME of those, but only HEARD of them. I’m mid forties; stay neat in the grooming department (no hanging out, etc.), but I will NOT wear a thong. I’ve spent a large portion of my life trying to keep my underwear OUT of there. I’m not going to put IN there on purpose! All of my DILs wear them though and love them. To each their own!
I don’t know what a muffball (thingy) is…I’ve just recently discovered that 80% of the world prefers bare floors…
word to the wise: once you start, you cannot go back. once you shave, or wax, or nair…it’s too late. you will forever be grooming your nether regions!
Not that I’m trying to check out other women, I’m not. But the gym I am a member at is right next to a college, and most of the women at the gym are college age. Anyway, when they walk around nude, which a hell of a lot of them do in the locker room, you can’t help but notice the hair down there, or lack of it. I would say that almost all of the college age girls do at least some trimming. some have just the landing strip, some have more of the V shape hair, and some shave it all off.
I have the V shape hair. But I’m in my 30’s, and when I was in my teens and early 20’s shaving it all off was not common.
